At Celeste , we work to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely. Below, we explain our shipping and delivery conditions.

1. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal : Orders will be delivered within an estimated period of 3 to 7 working days , after payment confirmation.
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira) : Delivery time may vary between 5 to 10 working days .
  • International Shipping : Delivery time for international shipping depends on the destination and can vary between 7 to 15 business days .

2. Shipping Cost

  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order, and will be displayed at checkout before confirming the purchase.
  • Orders to islands and international shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed after 5pm or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track the status of your delivery.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice of attempted delivery or contact the customer directly to reschedule delivery.
  • If, after repeated delivery attempts, the order is returned to Celeste, we may contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may involve additional shipping costs.

5. Liability for Damages and Losses

  • Celeste ensures that all products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • However, if upon receiving the order you notice obvious damage to the packaging, you should refuse delivery or sign for it indicating “subject to verification”. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately at info @thecelestehome .com so we can resolve the situation.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or transport problems.

6. International Shipping

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes or customs duties in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to local regulations.
  • We recommend that you check your country's import policy before placing your order.
