Exchange and Return Policy - Celeste

At Celeste, our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, please read our detailed policy below.

1. General Conditions

  • Requests for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the product.
  • The product must be returned without signs of use, in its original packaging and with all accessories.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased on sale or on sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Exchanges

  • To make an exchange, the customer must fill out our exchange and returns form , wait for a response from our team with instructions for the exchange.
  • The cost of shipping the product to be exchanged is the customer's responsibility.
  • The exchange may be made for a product of equal or greater value, with payment of the difference being required, if applicable.

3. Returns

  • To request a refund, the customer must to fill in our exchange and return form , wait for our team to respond with instructions for the return.
  • The product must be sent back to Celeste in its original packaging and without signs of use.
  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • In the case of a partial return, the refund will be proportional to the value of the products returned.

4. Defective Products

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Celeste immediately after receipt, sending a description and, if possible, photos of the defect.
  • Note: Variations in color, texture and small natural marks are characteristics of genuine leather. These are not considered defects, but rather unique features that are part of the material.
  • After analysis and confirmation of the manufacturing defect (except defects related to the natural characteristics of the leather), Celeste will proceed with the exchange at no additional cost or refund, according to the customer's preference.

5. Promotional Items

  • Items purchased on sale or on sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
